Located near the Adult/Family pools, tennis, and croquet recreational facilities, String of Pearls is a classic, yet inviting cottage with its antebellum columns and large open furnished front porch.
Walking through the nice foyer area, you will find the master queen bedroom with a private bath (shower only), a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and private bath (shower only) and a third bedroom with two sets of built-in bunk beds with a private bath (shower only) and access to the back porch with outdoor shower and pole-mounted grill. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer on the first floor.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds and a private bath (shower only). There is a large gourmet kitchen with a stove top in the island and double-oven and access to a small back patio area, as well as a wet bar with icemaker, dining area for 8, and access to a beautiful screened-in balcony porch with outdoor dining area and large Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. This Grand level home includes daily housekeeping service.
