Saturday to Saturday stay required year round
Welcome to stunning El Dorado. The home extends from Scenic Hwy 30A all the way to the dunes overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with porches and amenities on every level. Rented as a single home, it is actually two complete homes in one, the main house and the carriage house, sleeping up to 24 people total.
The first floor of the main house has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk beds. Bunk Room 1 has four twins and Bunk Room 2 has three twins and one full mattress. These two rooms share a full bath. Bunk Room 3 also has three twins and one full mattress and a private full bath. The first level porch has two amazing bed swings and an outdoor shower. A laundry room is also found on the first floor. Don't worry about missing a workout while away from home, El Dorado has a Peloton bike waiting for you! Just remember to bring your cycling shoes.
The second floor has a king bedroom suite, a private bath with a tub and shower, a dressing room, and access to a Gulf-front porch with lots of seating and one-of-a-kind views of the Coleman Pavilion and the beach. A second king bedroom on this floor also has a private bath with tub and shower and access to the Gulf-front porch.
Up to the third floor and you will find the magazine-ready kitchen, dining and living room, all framed by the expansive Gulf front porch where everyone can relax and enjoy the spectacular views. There is a half bath on this level as well.
Carriage House: off the second floor is an enclosed bridge that connects the main house to the carriage house situated on two floors over the garage on the home's north side. The carriage house first level has a king bedroom with a hall bath, and a bunk room with 2 bunks (4 twins) with its own full bath. Both bedrooms have Juliet balcony porches. There is also a washer and dryer and laundry sink on this level of the carriage house.
Take the third floor exterior walkover to the carriage house full kitchen plus an impeccable mountain cabin inspired living and dining room, plus a balcony porch that faces Scenic Hwy 30-A and Seaside's town center. There is also a grill on the exterior bridge where you can cook out overlooking Seaside's Coleman Pavilion obelisk.
Guests will have access to the 2-car garage for parking. The garage will hold two (2) small or mid-size vehicles only. Due to the close proximity to the neighboring home, there is no parking allowed on the brick pavers between the homes. So please note that overflow parking will need to be used for larger vehicles or more than 2 mid-size vehicles. Guests will receive parking passes and assistance locating overflow parking.
